Homemade bottle stopper routing jig comprised of a tool post-mounted router and an indexing unit. Fabricated from Delrin, angle iron, and hardware.

If your going to go to all that trouble (and that is a LOT of trouble for a bottle stopper) why dont you buy a small vacuum pump and chamber to degas silicone and make moulds of them, then cast multiples at a time in resin and sell them on Etsy?
