Homemade Dremel right angle head repair constructed from a nail.

I started with 1/8th square stock than realized the hole on the bottom is round and only the top ( gear side ) has 8 corners I think the nail is the best and easiest way to go. Just hammer or grind the end of the nail square to fit the hole.
