    6" x 48" Belt Sander

Here is my first submission. A 6x48 belt sander with a salvaged 1/3hp 1750rpm motor. Thank you for looking.

Very clever and beautifully done! I'm looking to do something similar. I intend to use the radial arm saw as the power source. I'm looking for info on parts sources for the drums, shafts, bearings and what look to be bearings with tensioner rods attached. Any help will be appreciated.

Cool! Not too elaborate and quite compact. Hmm, I smell a project in the works.
