    The angle grinder bracket

Last summer I've made, in my opinion, useful bracket for my Kobalt angle grinder

after using it for a few months I made a small modification

I would be interested to know if you see any Pro & Cons

P.S. This is my first post in this forum.

That bracket looks good, apart from providing a solid mount for the grinder.

Nice idea, I was wondering about using a sanding disk on my grinder in a similar manner

    Nice Grinder Project

ok... I gotta hand it to the Russian Dude...

That's clever as shyt... It is a very cheap Bench grinder, and you repurpose a unit, that is not used very often, unless you're a machinist or a steel working working on a hull

Very clever indeed. All is needed is a additional bracket, with a pivot point, and you have a mini benchtop cut-off saw...

...... nice addition with the cut off plate, I would have probably secured it to the bar, with screws from underneath. Some 1.5" long screws, with large wing nut heads, or nice ones with large handle knobs...would suffice.

Adds some nice and versatility stability to the grinder. Might want to use some locking pliers or a small drilling vise to hold metal parts you are cutting. Your fingers get pretty close to the cut off disc in the second video.

With safety in mind I made a small but an important change
the opening for the cut-off disk was way to wide so I weld it shot and cut a new opening
