    On the elevator way too early. Should have kept the nosewheel down. He would have gained airspeed much quicker because there would have been much less air drag from the wing at a more normal attitude. Then he may have been able to clear the truck or car or whatever he ate up

    I am thinking that neither the pilot or driver saw the other. The student pilot was surely focused on the end of the runway, as he should be. The driver was for sure not watching for air traffic.
