Circular Saw Crosscut Jig

This Jig was originally designed to cut aluminum soffit but has been used with great success to also cut Hardie battens and Hardie siding. The greatest feature is the open access that allows for easy loading of material against a stop block for batch processing.

It has an 18 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" deep cutting capacity. The saw guide is hinged so it can be flipped up for loading and is made out of AL-13 aluminum siding which is thin and very rigid.

What I like is that its portable and is way easier to set up than a chop saw and it can even cut miters.
