Cleaning fish with pressure washer - video

Cleaning fish with pressure washer. Is this a viable method? Or internet gimmickry? Depends on pressure? Makes meat mushy? Reasonable only for large amounts of fish?

Interesting. A good way to do it if you don't want to get your hands dirty or cut from scales.

I think the sprayer needs to get a fan tip instead of the round one. That would probably be a bit faster.

I wonder if you could do it with one of those round hoop type setups with nozzles pointing in and downward and then just lift the fish up through it tail first?
