Cutting steel with a carbide wood blade.

This coldcut saw is featured elsewhere on this forum, I just wanted to to show it actually cutting steel. The video stopped, guess my camera doesn't shoot very long, but you get the idea. The cut continued about 45 seconds after the video quit. I have already made 40 cuts with an Avanti carbide tipped wood, 60 tooth blade previously, and I am now having to make another 12 cuts, just wanted to let you know that it can be done by slowing the blade down from around 5000 rpm to about 900 rpm.
