Ditch-cleaning tractor attachment - GIF

Ditch-cleaning tractor attachment. Ditches tend to get overgrown and occasionally need to be re-formed. Not sure what that piece on the front of the tractor is for.

The piece on front is a counterweight made for a 3 point hitch. The odd appearance of a 3 point front mount is a bit confusing?

Looks like a camera mounted at the front as well and probably hooked up to the GPS for accurate tracking in some jobs.
