I notice the man operating the broom doesn't like to face the glowing ingot for very long... I imagine the radiant heat from it is enough to keep you sweat pores quite active.

I didn't notice it the first time I watched it, but in the second video, the man standing behind the post that's being driven has a tambourine to keep time. That whole operation is genius.
