    How will I download the plans?
    Once you place an order, you'll be able to download the tool plans immediately.

    Is there a money back guarantee?

    Can I view plans on a different computer?
    Yes, you can. You can view these plans on multiple devices, and back them up to a CD, USB drive, or any similar backup device.

    Can I print plans?
    Yes you can.

    Can I get a paper copy of the plans sent to my mailing address?
    At this time we only sell downloadable plans.

    What if I lose the plans?
    Contact us at plans@homemadetools.net, and we'll resend them to your email address.

    Can I pay by telephone or send a check?
    We only accept online payments.

    Is it safe?

    Is it compatible with PC and Macintosh?
    Yes.

    What do the downloads include?
    Downloads include a variety of files, usually PDF instructions, photographs, and different kinds of plans files.

    How do I view the plans?
    Your computer comes with a PDF viewer, and you can easily open up the image files too. Many of the plan files are jpeg images. For DWG or SolidWorks plans files, you'll need a program that can open them, which you can get for free.

    Metric or imperial?
    Depends on plan (some have one or both), but you can ask in the forums.
