    Flying inflatable boat

Inflatable dinghy plus motor plus wing. The FAA classifies this as a Weight-Shift Control Aircraft. Internet punsters dub it "fly fishing".

You can build your own or buy for around $20,000-$30,000: Polaris Motor

    Previously:

    Boat that pulls itself ashore
    Sealegs amphibious fishing boat
Trailer with built-in boat as roof

Friend of mine in Florida was making something very similar 30+yrs ago. I'll have to contact Tom and see if he still has any film of it flying (before video camera's were available) I know he has some of the advertising stills somewhere
