A Garmin GPS Suction Cup Stand Converted to Magnetic

Today I finally decided to find a more reliable means of attaching the base to my dashboard. It locks on and releases using the same lever employed by the suction cup.

The magnetic support locks into a steel disk 0.4” thick. It is glued to my plastic dash.
