A cool new way to grind your grain into flour AND get an enjoyable workout at the same time... just make sure to lock the chihuahua up first. :o)

Stepping on those legos, I know about. I didn't notice, it's equipped with shackles or handcuffs? And far as the chihuahua goes, pup better stay clear before he gets converted into a tortilla.

There is a some counterweight on the bottom of the semi-sphere, I guess- or it is not necessary..
It should be good to have some concrete reinforcement, for the safety reasons..

    toma , the weight of the hemisphere could be calculated by 4/3 pi * radius ^3. (in^3) * 150 (lbs/ft^3) / 1728 (in^3/ft^3)/2 .
As far as if there is some heavier material cast inside near the bottom I would have no idea. but from what I can see of the mounting of the poles it is pretty clear they have a solidly braced mounting to them which would be an indicator of steel reinforcement.
