Smile Greetings from a newly registered tool junky. Which can be interpreted many ways...

Although I am a tool user, and I do not always use tools as prescribed, I certainly would not call myself a tool abuser. I mean, I can pass the test of whether one has lost control, i.e. one who cannot stop at just one tool, but must continue until all the tools are consumed. Well, maybe I cannot stop at just one tool sometimes. But hey, I am only using tools that are prescribed by a technician and unless the technician is watching, who is to say whether I am a tool junky, as in tool usage that is out of control, and not just a tool junky, as in makes tools from junk? Well, junk to some people, but just "parts" to me.

I hope I have not offended anyone too badly with my irreverence for the afflicted, but I really think I am capable of rationalizing a way out of it. Or at least I am willing to try very hard to turn any perceived offence into a laugh or smile and that from a most likely really silly attempt. So let's not even go there.

Instead, have a look at this really silly looking, but still workable welder.

By the way I really enjoy reading the newsletter from this forum and so I thought I might offer thanks, share a really silly attempt to get a smile or chuckle while also introducing myself, and show off one of my tool junky projects.
    Thanks!
    Jon
