    Hole cutter

After watching Vyacheslav Nevolyas post I remembered a heavy duty trepanning hole cutter that I made some years ago.
Its main feature is a full length flat machined on the radius bar and when set and clamped by the top nut is totally rigid. Cuts holes from .75 to 4 inches but the limitation is how low the speed of your machine will go.

I like the clamping as well. With the stem in a vee block, center is easily determined for an accurate offset/ cutting diameter. The sliding clamp arrangement should distribute sufficient pressure to hold while a setting is adjusted.
