I need to make on, my Craftsman drill press handle has been cracked for a while.
I'll get around to it eventually, when I stop wasting so much time online

    Hi Captain !
You will certainly laugh ... I have made one out of wood also :-)
But not for the same purpose. For some particular jobs, I use an extended table that overlaps the vertical pole of the drillpress and thus the initial crank hits the table. So I made a smaller one, in a wheel shape, it is also easier to setup small displacements.
I have to take a picture.
    Thanks for this one !
Christophe, the wooden version of the captain.
    Cheers !
    Christophe
