First I like your design concept the way you converted the bottle jack to become your pump by remote mounting an oil tank.
I do see some potential issues you will have to correct eventually though. The mounting of the bender plates will need more support. Your pump has the potential of creating between 6000 to 10,000 PSI pressures, the cylinder depending on what piece of equipment it originated from may be rated at up to 6000 PSI and just looking at the probable internal piston diameter it could have an area large enough to have an output force of up 12 to 16 tons @6000 PSI. This could bend the main channel frame or simply just tear off the welds holding the top and bottom plates on. The good news is if you see this happening all you have to do is to create a top frame like the bottom frame and increase the weld area on both plates
Other than that I really like the build. Not that my opinion matter much.
Practice will show all the shortcomings that need to be corrected. I now see only one problem, the lack of nozzles for different diameters pipe .
That bottle jack / pump conversion is most interesting. If you have pictures or an explanation it would be most welcomed.
A HF pipe bender laid on its side?
I too would like more on the Jack conversion. I want a bender myself to straighten and or bend shapes. And the ones sold are so outrageous in price.

Nice build but tubing that's kinked like that isn't going to be good for much of anything. The real cost is in the dies. You could probably buy a lathe and machine your own dies and be at even money after 4-5 of them.
I'll chime in on the bottle jack conversion. the simplest way is the way he did it just remove the top nut then the shell then the ram from the center some jacks have an internal thread on the cylinder tube some just an outer thread either way in place of the ram piston you would need to be able to secure a fitting that the hose connects to in the end of the cylinder then weld in a fitting in the outer shell to connect your external reservoir reinstall the shell and you now have a dedicated pump with the release valve built in. Another way is to huck the outer shell the inner cylinder and the piston to the recycle bit then machine a plate with 2 fittings for pressure and tank hoses matching the ports in the main block wirh cavities that you can use "O" rings to make a seal figure out a way to bolt your manifold plate to the block and you now have a pump without the bottle
