    When you make your rollers I believe you will find that stacking the washers to take up the entire open area will be better than trying to set screw them in place
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
    When I have to paint I use KBS products

    Vyacheslav.Nevolya, I agree with Frank S that stacking washers or parting off sets of tubing would be more effective. Best might be a spacer AND a free-spinning washer to reduce galling the materials edge; bending will cause it to widen somewhat.
