    I used to have a guy working for me who would invariably switch off a machine someone would be using at the breaker while under load.
    I told him one day Dude circuit breakers are designed to be an overload current interpreting safety device not a power switch. If you have nothing better to do that to disrupt a co-worker who is doing his job by playing with the breakers in the service panel you need to see my wife for your final check less the amount it will cost for a new breaker.He stopped playing with the breakers
