How to make a electrical lighter

I made a electrical lighter. It's useful for homework. If you want to have one you can make by yourself. Please see tutorial video:

When we were kids, we would just touch the 9v battery to some fine steel wool, and the wool would burn. This you can place on kindling, and blow to get the wood to ignite from the steel wool.
On a side note, at work many years ago, a lab tech had steel wool and batteries stored in the same drawer. Amazing how fast he was, as he also stored toluene in the same drawer. It was not reported, as flammables had a strict protocol of storage.
