Lathe Turret Bushings
I've got a couple of taistock turrets for my lathes. I liked the idea but didn't really care for the way they showed them in use with chucks in the turret holes.
I made a set of bushings from 5/8" stock. I chucked it in the headstock and drilled progressively larger holes and cutoff each segment at 1 1/2". I drilled and tapped them for a set screw near one end. I had a circle I had cut out of oak for a lighting fixture that would fit in a round pipe tobacco tin I had. So I drilled that and made a storage case for them.

They also work with this flat turret I have.
