Equivalent 2200 lbs. If movement of the load is involved, there are complications. Pure lifting is easy enough with a ratchet or chain lift hung from an A frame. Question remains what you mean by 'pulling'. Lowering mass onto a skid and pulling with an off-road winch is very commonplace. Main issues are anchor point, distance and whether an incline is involved.
Think like ancient Egyptian, Roman or Grecian. If I can get a 2500lb bandsaw on my tilt bed trailer, (two separate machines and occasions, I like bandsaws) by myself anybody can. Used two speed manual boat trailer winch loaded with tow strap, wooden peeler cores as rollers. Built a winch mount on receiver hitch for my little 4wd truck. Detach trailer, chock trailer wheels, move vehicle forward about 8 feet, park in neutral and chock it as well. This benefits catenary effect (lowers pull effort parallel to ground). Pay out winch strap and attach. Pry machine up for first roller, [nice with an assistant to keep the rollers fed from the front], start cranking and watch reaction of onlookers.
