Lurker making initial post

Hello All!

I've been lurking your site for 133 days now. So, I thought I should introduce myself.

61 yr old female; USAF Satellite Comm retired. Preparing for second retirement from Public Safety Communications Electronics.

My interests are woodworking, gardening, any fabrication that requires hands dirty!
Not skilled with metal, except drilling cotter pin hole in cart axle!

I am inspired by the talent I see exhibited in the posts. I am training my brain to examine and solve problems as I see so many of you do. May be a while before I post pics of projects, but just note that I'm learning so much from this Community.
