Marking and bundling large hot metal rolls - GIF

Anyone know what's going on here? Is this how fruit roll-ups are made?

Safe bet is paint wastes no time drying. Wonder how long it takes roll cooling to ambient temperature. The conveyor is end of line, tipping them upright to save 'manual' handling. A guess says they are banding hot-roll steel to cool and store. Probably craned using a spar to reach through and move all three at a time. Coils get heavy enough that 2 or 3 comprise a truckload. If cold rolled, these could go on a tube line, even formed into rectangular/ square, or channel. A lot of material you see being transported is flat, but straightened and cut from same type of rolls, saving remnant waste.
