Modern Style Umbrella Holder

I welded up a traditional-style umbrella stand. A friend saw it, liked it, but her house is modern. So I made this one modern style.

MATERIALS
- 7" stainless pan 5" deep. (Garage sale. Old pan.)
- 1/2" thick wall pipe (not galvanized)
- Pipe cap or other decorative top piece
- 1" steel pipe to attach bottom tray
- Stainless pot lid for bottom tray
- 1" steel band to hold stainless ring
- 25 x 25 cm steel plate, 6mm thick (10"x10")
