    Motorcycle firewood cutter - GIF

We're fortunate to live in an era with no shortage of dangerous firewood cutting ideas. But this one beats them all. The helmet is a nice touch.

Not exactly sure what we have here. It seems like maybe stupid-dangerous DIY machines are emerging as a cable TV trend?

What's wrong with the wood saw? It looks to be well engineered. There is an operator, a helper and another helper/safty observer. The only dangerous thing is that the helper/wood feeder is not wearing approved safty googles.

I like how he's careful enough to tuck in his tie. Not sure that would be my first concern.

First off other than a means to protect your personal space from intruders I can not for the life of me figure out what the spinning knife gadget would be used for.
Looks like a prime way to loose both hands or destroy anything he tried to reach for.
What's up with the look of astonishment or is that a look of horror.
Things like this just proves that very dangerous things can be made but probably shouldn't.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Tough choice, but I think this guy might be even worse. At least the knife spinning guy can dull those blades.

Now that is a man's circular saw. Nice thing about it though is being hydraulic if he releases the trigger the blade will almost instantly stop

yep all it would take would be for the saw blade to hang slightly and start the log spinning. Needs some form of a hook on a pivot to be held over the log I would think

I think the wood cutter is pretty cool. Strap on you kid and let ‘‘em go to town. You can get your wood cut and what kid doesn’t want to play on something noisy that rocks like that. Lol. The knife spinner is a guaranteed way for others to practice social distancing (at least from you). Only comment about the circular saw is that I wish I had the strength and back to be able to do that.
