There was AMC slugged it out with the big three until it became defunct 28 years ago. During the muscle car boom, AMC became notable for the Javelin and the AMX. With the auto industry crisis in the 1970s, AMC and its muscle cars saw decline and faded into obscurity except for a few die-hards like Rambler Mexicano on TheAMCForum.com.

This Mexican version of the AMX was restored original condition with a few minor alterations. Just look at the stance of this black badass machine! It's really nice to see something different for a change. Although it doesn't bear the badge of the big marques, the AMX certainly is on par with its contemporaries.
