My tomato slicer's back in service

I broke my best tomato slicer a couple of days ago. The blade snapped right at the end of the handle. After a couple of days without it I had all I could stand and today I made a new handle for it and I'm delighted to say that I'm back in the saddle again.

    Converted it to metric too.

If you can't make it precise make it adjustable.

(In my best fake Aussie) "Now that's a naife".

It crushes peppercorns and garlic cloves too.

Not much info on the knife nor handle. Maybe a bit more?
