New RPM Meter for Shop Fox Drill Press. installed new rpm meter with magnet sensor and on off mini switch under the speed knob.
from china/ via LA @ $25.00 with wiring diagram. I have not epoxied the magnet on the pulley yet, I will need to rough up the area under the magnet before I epoxy it on.

Probably Fleabay 222475499225. I'm going to install a 220 vac 3 phase motor on a similar drill press. I'll have just two belt changes and a 120 vac supply vfd, I don't usually need to know how fast it's running but it will be handy sometimes to have a tach.

also be aware that the magnets have polarity and must be in line to work properly just move the magnet around or flip upside down....:O) comes from Los Angeless fast ship.

Great idea, but I don't see the need for that much precision on my drill press, but it would be nice to put on my little Atlas lathe.
