Thanks ! I don't know when production starts but it starts yes. You have to wait and maybe I'll tell the story why / how I start doing these tools. If you or someone else is interested in reading my story ?

    Interested?
Over 60 years, I've found few things more captivating more than how products start, and the people behind them. Even with a late start setting up a personal shop, that motivates me.

I wonder if you're considering crowdfunding with a platform like Kickstarter.

Edit: note The Maker's Vise project on Kickstarter.

How did it all started. One day I start thinking, I needed an anvil in my garage and so I'm looking for webshops, yes I seeing many models, too much heavy and expensive for my garage, many looks bad and old. I don't needed that every day.
I do it myself because I have a little steel stock what I needed and the welding gun gives me more metal all time, then I ask, it's a magic pistol.
Next I started the design, hmmmm i need it extra functions too, vise of course and now my mind start running fast to the other end,yes I make horizontal vise too, on the same apparat, like a pliers, locks quickly all pieces to the horizontal position, like an alligator, easy to drill and make a lot more modification........
hmmmm next my mind says thanks to those people who are trying to sell too expensive anvils. Thanks if you have read this point and maybe I'll write more sometimes.

A lot of the things I have made over the years will begin as 1 thing then morph into multi use tools by the time I have finished them. Your's takes advantage of a mechanical property which has been staring everyone in their face but here to fore largely ignored or forgotten about. Thanks
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Necessity may be the mother of invention, but frugality and dissatisfaction with what you can find for sale is certainly it's father!

Yup. About 16,000 HMT.net members would agree; including the lurkers.
