    New and willing to learn

    New to this forum.

Main interest is knife making (mainly cooking knives), fishing, billard and cooking. And a bit of motor cycling. ;-)

Allways looking for net tools and machines.

    Best regards from Germany

    Gerhard

    Hi Gerhard,

    Welcome!

Knife-making and motorcycling? Sounds good to me! Let's see some photos of your work…

What's next on your build list?

    Hi Ken,

This is a knife with Titanium-Handles that I finished yesterday. Titanium-Handles are the only way (to my knowledge) to prevent a massive fight, if the sister or wife manages to put a selfmade knife into the dishwasher.

Knive blade is 4" (100mm) long and 0.04" (1mm) thick.

Next on building list: Knife sharpener, made with a red ceramic rod (sinter rubinium) and a turned wood handle from kingwood.

    Best

    Hi Gerhard,

    That looks great! Very professional.

    You need a maker's mark somewhere…
