The Paperpot rapid planter. Not really for industrial use, it's targeted to small-scale farmers. Somewhat of a weird mix of artisanal farming gimmickry, high price, and clever time-saving ingenuity.

Looks like a bit of the Razor and blades business model, with Paperpot also selling the "paper chain pots" that feed the planter:

What's up with the "Japanese" angle here? A quick look around suggests that this product may have risen in popularity in Japan, because finer Japanese soil makes this tool easier to use.
