    I really like the pedal mechanism. Thanks for sharing!

    It looks to me that the wheels don't rotate true, probably due to using galvanized pipe for the shaft. Plumbing pipe is not very straight to begin with, and I'm sure welding on it only makes matters worse. Using solid steel for the shaft would only improve the trueness of the wheels rotation.

    Another addition that would make this good for heavier grinding would be incorporating a flywheel for inertia.

    Using the coaster sprag was a good move. I agree adding a flywheel for smoother running would be nice
