    It looks like he's setting the rims on a tapered, funnel shaped device that causes the solid, "flat-free" rubber tires to uniformly stretch over the lower rim. Pretty slick operation.

    True and the nice thing is it moves downward to start the next tire and hence the larger tire at the bottom. Pretty slick and wonder if they prelube the tires using some soap based lubricant so it doesn't tear the bead?
