    Quick Flame Broach a 3/4" 4140 Boring Bar with a MAPP Torch, a Hammer + piece of HSS

    Not sure if this is the right sub-forum to post... If not, please just let me know, or move to correct sub-forum.
    This is a quick way to broach a hole, with some heat!
    I use it to make a boring bar in this video, but many other uses for this method.

    I thought the video was entertaining and he took the trouble to make it, it my not be the way I would do it but that's not the point of the forum. In the end he made something with basic kit that he could use to make something else and that is surely the point.
