    Didn't know that pineapple was...lobed? And that, at least according to the technique in this GIF, you could eat it lobe-by-lobe.

    I've seen that lobe by lobe technique but that's the way you'd get all the fibers full length, which seems less than ideal to me. We cut across the grain on meat for a reason.

    I liked the display of the spiral trimmed pineapples.
