    Hi All
Thank you for the kind words and support. I have learnt so much in a short period since being a member of HMT. I have made a few of the tools and used ideas and machine improvements people have shared on this forum. There is such a vast knowledge base that we can all tap into and it is a pleasure to share and help with the items I build with likeminded people.

    Hi Jon
Thank you for the award it is great to be in the company of the guys on the list who add so much to the forum. Just finished another project today which I will post and the next project is underway which is going to be a bead roller, I intend to use the award money to buy some bits for this via eBay to support this project. I am over the moon with the award and thank everyone for their support and kind words on the projects I post.

    That's really cool.
Is it entirely your design or influenced by other devices on the net? (Another way of saying I would like to understand more about how it works! LOL).
Was there any hardening required of specific components like the rollers or other parts?
Any welding required or more fastener type assembly?

    Hi
The design I guess is my own but I did a lot of research on the internet for ideas and made it to fit the materials I had to hand in the workshop. There is no welding just bolts, screws, pins etc. I did buy some bearings for the rollers and this does make the operation very smooth even on heavy gauge materials. The rollers are, manufactured from steel (not hardened) the frame is Aluminium and the shafts and large nut are all steel. The operating handle was in my box of bits (Too good to throw away I will need it one day.) All bolted construction. The main side panels are, cut from 6mm thick aluminium
    Hope this helps
