    sandbast/soda cabinet

Not really home made as much as dual purpose. I have a regular beadblast cabinet, I went down to harbor freight and bought a handheld blaster and use it inside the glass bead cabinet filled with baking soda with the dust collector running. works great for small items such as carb bodies

That's a nice alternative use for a sandblast cabinet. Saves on cleanup and consumables.

Being into bikes as well as cars, soda blasting works well on a bike's aluminum parts too.
