Update: The seal change had one hitch. The right side seal is very difficult to get aligned and it take a lot of force to install. So I remade the right side seal tool from steel and this worked perfect. If have to do this job watch "spelunkerd" on you tube, he does a very good job video. If you need a drawing of the seal tool let me know I can email.
