    Yes, but the aluminum is not part of the pressure train. it has a hole drilled thru it to the bottom of the jack. :O)

    Nice press. I'm a fan of bottle jack setups. What size of angle iron did you use for the frame?

    This shop press is not a heavy duty one just for inserting bearings ect. 1 1/2 angle iron.
