Using ordinary and cheap construction washers for the cutting parts - makes this simple and cheap. If the edges get dull I can change just that specific one, instead of throwing the entire jig away.

Thank you very much! :) This is an adaption of the more common (as far as my knowledge takes me) using holes in angle/L-iron.
Works well. I have used some thick steel plate for years butyours is better for non metal workers. I only have 3 sizes so I may consider doing other sizes with your idea. They need to be precise for great fitting hardwood wooden threads.
