Small beltsander/lathe attachment for rotary tool.

I made a simple belt sander attachment for dremel rotary tool.
Material i used 3mm thick steel and wheels from a skateboard.

Structure is very simple and Its made from 5 pieces, connected together with nuts and screws.
Sander is powered with a Dremel 4000 rotary tool wich can be removed after use.

Edit: My original video disappeared from YouTube.
This one is re-made, but misses some making footage.
But, it has some improvements and a closer look for the buil itself.

"Plans with the main measures" measures are in millimeters. One inch is 25.4 millimeters.

Later i made a little changes to it and now its an attachment in my rotary tool lathe construction.
Modified a splash guard from a dremel tool to hold the rotary tool, so its very quick and easy to attach.

Your small belt sander is very well made and so easy to position and clamp on the workbench. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and providing the basic steps of construction. Nice work and thank you for the posting.
