Two small tap handles for the smaller sizes of taps. Just some 1018 bar stock and some knurled knob screws.
The larger one is the "standard size" used for taps up to about 1/2" or so. A bit too big for the small taps.

Other than my piloted tap handles your design is my favorite. Using the standard type (shown by you at the top) it's all too easy for the clamp that holds the tap to work loose and have the tap fall onto the concrete floor. With the style you show, that never happens. Like you I have two - one inherited and one self-made.
