    Red face threaded pulley removal tool

    I made this threaded pulley removal tool to unscrew a belt sander pulley from the rotor, i used a scrap piece of flat steel, a hose clamp and a some wood nails.

    That is a very clever approach and another good reason why we need to keep lots of various sized hose clamps in the shop. I now have more new ideas for building other tools using your design. Thank you for the posting!

    Welcome to the forums AMG warkshop! Nice tip! Looks like this technique is applicable on most splined/toothed parts.
