So, one more dumb post from the military guy: since I'm on a government computer for most of my day (even my off time), I'm reliant on it for my tool plans. This creates an issue, though, when the plans are of a file type that's not allowed to be downloaded, like .zip files. Is there a way to get purchased plans in open formats that'll allow me to download them, say, uncompressed?
