    Frank S's Tools
One of the reasons my tool boxes always had wheels on them was so I didn't have to work at a place where I needed to lock them. Id I happened to find myself working somewhere that I felt things may come up missing my tool box left when I left
I guess I should say that as far as locks go that one is pretty simple the only thing is if someone wanted to get into it all they would have to do would be to pull hard enough on the round rod to bend it out of the bottom hole then the box would be fully accessible. but if someone wants the tools inside they would most likely take the whole box.
