    Cool TOWNSHIP OVERKILL 20 X 10

This concrete pad will have top to bottom: 6" of 3500 PSI Winter Mix Concrete, a Gridwork of Metal-Tied #4 Steel Rebar on 18" Centers, includes a 5" level of 3/4" stone, and Tamped Virgin Ground for the base. This will more than suffice the required 1000 PSI load requirements from the manufacturer specifications for a liquid container weighing 1400 pounds empty and 14,500 pounds full of liquid. Form removal to meet ACQ requirements and backfilling after the pad cures. The tools to make this were many along with my own homemade-metal bender. The sweat equity is also a major investment, but the enjoyment using the device afterwards will be unmentionable.

Haha. That was a nice description. Thought it was for some industrial container or something.

We want to make sure it is up to specifications and the township made sure of that! I think the pad is more than adequate, our area probably is not zoned industrial though:0). ..

Wow, it sounds like it's big enough to invite the township over to join you!

My SO wanted a hot tub and there are so many here for free on CL, all with bad pumps or heaters, and all huge. One day she found a small 3 person portable tub. It's all foam, 8' across, lightweight and covered with like plastic pool material. No seats, not fancy and uses the pump motor as the heater. Keeps it at 104F and costs on average $35 a month and the thermostat keeps ready to go. It was our first project in the project that is our house. We use it most when doing projects Especially landscaping. Great way to work out the kinks from sweat equity. Luckily we are unincorporated so no township telling us what to do.
