    Could be if lost wax cast or 3D printed.

    Or even, it could be cast from epoxy with tubes running up through the frame. Depends on how much work someone wants to go through.

    If a trick, several ways to do it including a black tube going out the back and down behind it. Always be suspicious of black backgrounds.

    Agreed, but with only 4 'lines' in that web, I'd be surprised that small size delivers acceptable volume and pressure. Separate H-C valves say the mixer is below counter top. Frank S's link proves it's legit, we [at least many] all question the utility.
