Tube notcher & bike lift (quick look)

Hello everybody,
this is my first post. Just a quick look of the simple basic design for the tube notcher and motorcycle lift which i manage to find somewhere on the net.

I like to share something useful with you. I hope you can come up with ideas about improving this simple design. For example i have digital angle meter which i use on my tube notcher. It can be applied on the first design, i'm shore.
And for the lift, it would be great if the lever could be secured with pin, so the height could be adjusted according to the needs.
